Introduction of application:

Perfect 2000 series:As the outdoor weather-resistant powder coating, it features good weather resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance, suitable for automotive exterior parts, such as wipers, window frames, etc.

Indoor 2000 series:As the hybrid powder coating with good flexibility and oil resistance, it is suitable for brake hoses and oil filters, and can be bent and formed after spraying.

Perfect 1000 series:It has good mechanical properties, heat and humidity resistance, and is suitable for automobile propel levers, seats and other components.

Epoxy 3000 series:As the pure epoxy powder coating, it features good anti-corrosion, temperature resistance, excellent resistance to stone impact and corner coverage, and is suitable for using as the base powder for heavy anti-corrosive parts such as engines, fuel tank caps and automobile wheel hub.

Crylic Acid series:Acrylic transparent powder is suitable for automotive wheel glazing. The high leveling and transparent acrylic coating can well protect the undercoat of the wheel hub from UV radiation and ensure the rich appearance of the wheel hub.

Storage

Store in the ventilated place below 30 ℃ without direct sunlight, keep away from fire source, effective storage period is 12 months;

Acrylic and pure epoxy powder coatings need to be refrigerated below 25 ℃

Safety:

Powder coating does not contain toxic substances, and no toxic gas is generated during production, storage, transportation and use. However, during use, the operator should wear dust mask, protective glasses and protective clothing to avoid inhalation or direct contact with the powder for a long time, and fire and static sparks should be prohibited during use.

Precautions:

There is a slight difference in color and effect between laboratory color matching and actual production;

Do not mix this product with other powders;

The base material must be properly cleaned and pre-treated before use;

Spray with manual or automatic electrostatic spray gun, please inform in advance if using friction gun for spraying;

The recommended coating film thickness is 60-80um, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the shape of the coated workpiece and regulations.
